SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping fees are determined by the weight and size of your item, along with the destination. Truck deliveries will be shipped via common carrier. A quote for shipping fees will be provided for your oder upon your request. All we need to provide you with a quote is the shipping zip code along with a list of products you are looking to order.

Please note that as the customer, you are solely responsible for any costs or fees (including but not limited to storage and re-delivery) that is a result of the inability to take the delivery on the date and time it has been scheduled. The shipping company will contact the customer directly in order to schedule the delivery.

All residential deliveries are lift-gate curbside deliveries. The product will be delivered to the curb of the residential property, where it will be lowered to the ground with a lift gate. It is the customer's responsibility to have enough assistance to disassemble the crate and take the product to the designated area. Please note that this is a physical job for more than two people in good physical shape. Business/commercial deliveries will not have a lift gate. All products will be delivered curbside, or to a loading dock. If a loading dock is not available, a fork lift is required. Please keep in mind that the products being delivered will not be unpacked, set up, or placed in a particular area within your home or business.

Normal delivery hours for large item shipping are from 8 am to 5 pm local time. Please expect a transit time of 2 to 10 business days when your product is being shipped via truck delivery. This approximate transit time is based on the location and conditions of the delivery. Truck deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska require additional transit time.

It is important to note that the customer does not have to pay any amount to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery or at any other time. Iron doors shop is responsible for making direct payments to the shipping and delivery vendors. Any and all payments made by the customer to the carrier company or its representatives, for any additional or existing services, will be at the customer’s sole discretion and cost. You agree that Iron doors shop will not refund such payments under any circumstances.

 We ship to any residential or commercial address within the United States. Any modifications made to the delivery date or address must be received in writing and called in to the Iron doors shop  within 6 hours of placing your order. All of our doors are shipped safely in a secure metal cart, specifically designed to protect your products.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. we ships from laguna Hills, California. Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment. Please note, credit card processing can take up to three business days (depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer).
For security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them in 4-10 days  from our  warehouse at laguna hills, California. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock our or it's  special order we will give you a certain shipping date.

Total time is based on the amount of time to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. You can check the status of your order at anytime by calling a Iron doors shop representative or sending us an e-mailing with your questions.

Inspection and Claims: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to inspect the freight for shortages of goods while the driver is still there. If there is any freight damage the customer must refuse the freight and note it (type and location) on the freight company’s paperwork. If any freight damage is noticed after the driver has left the property, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a freight claim with the freight company.

Shipping Disclaimers: Iron doors shop. assumes no responsibility or liability for damage to the product and/or personal injury to an individual or any other issue that may arise from the delivery process. 
IF THE DELIVERY ADDRESS IS INACCESSIBLE OR INVALID, CUSTOMER AGREES TO PAY THE PURCHASE ORDER AMOUNT AND THE ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES. WE STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST PICKING UP THE ORDER FROM THE FREIGHT COMPANY`S TERMINAL OR ANY LOCATION OTHER THAN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS, SINCE IRON DOORS SHOP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES. 
IRON DOORS SHOP IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OTHER THAN THOSE MENTIONED ON THE FREIGHT COMPANY`S DELIVERY RECEIPT.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE CONTENT OF YOUR ODER HAS BEEN INSPECTED THOROUGHLY BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY FREIGHT RECEIPT. THE PACKAGE WILL NOT BE UNCRATED OR OPENED BY THE DRIVER. THE CUSTOMER MUST OPEN THE BOXES AND INSPECT ITS CONTENT.

IF YOU CUSTOMER SIGN DELIVERY RECEIPT OR INSTALL PRODUCT, iT MEANS CUSTOMER ACCEPTED  PRODUCTS IN IT'S CONDITION.
